PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The product is a corporate, private inventory management system designed to track stock across all departments.

The system includes an Android mobile app for easy on-site tracking and a web panel for accessing company-wide inventory reports. The web panel also enables barcode generation with unique inventory IDs for accurate stock management.

CUSTOMER BACKGROUND

Our customer is a Chicago-based transportation carrier specializing in logistics and freight services. The company operates a modern fleet of over 240 tractor-trailers with terminals in Illinois, North Carolina, New Jersey, and California, serving clients across the U.S.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE

The key challenge was to create a whole internal ecosystem (in-house software) that contributed to the process transparency and intuitiveness as well as interaction between all participants in the delivery chain.

There were no analogs of such a system on the market.
