PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A custom-built platform designed for a global oral surgery provider to replace their old system.

The new solution provides better support for the organization’s current operations while at the same time offering scalability for future feature enhancements so that it can smoothly adapt to evolving business needs.
CLIENT BACKGROUND
Founded in 2001, our customer is a leading provider of orthognathic and oral surgery services worldwide.

While operating across multiple locations, the company required a highly efficient system to manage internal patient data, streamline doctor-to-doctor communication, and handle the intricacies of surgical scheduling and coordination within their healthcare institutions.
BUSINESS CHALLENGE
As our customer was operating a Drupal-based solution at the time of engagement our main goal was to move the core business logic of the existing system into a fully custom-designed and built system on a fresh technology stack (.NET/ Angular/AWS) to make sure that we are able to sustain current operational efficiency while adding extra features to the system as we go.
