The synchronization gap between the broker dealer and the portfolio management system was closed by an automated workflow that identifies new accounts and creates or links the corresponding client relationship under business defined matching rules. A new Client 360 dashboard, built in Power BI on top of the Snowflake reporting layer, now gives managers an instant, filterable view of any client's complete financial position across every system.
