VENTILATOR DATA APPLICATION

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
inVerita was approached to create an application that fundamentally reshapes how critical data from ventilators is displayed, interpreted, and utilized.

The app was meant to act as a dynamic interface between medical professionals and the intricate parameters governing patients’ ventilatory needs.
CLIENT BACKGROUND
The client is a leading medical technology provider focused on enhancing the functionality of critical medical equipment.

Specifically, they work with high-end mechanical ventilators, aiming to improve the interface and interaction between medical professionals and the critical data these devices generate.
BUSINESS CHALLENGE
Our client faced the challenge of improving how medical professionals interpret and utilize complex ventilator data in real-time.

Ventilators are essential for managing critically ill patients, but the vast amount of data they produce can be difficult to monitor and adjust quickly.

The client needed an application that would simplify this process, enabling healthcare providers to assess and adjust ventilator settings more efficiently, ensuring patients’ ventilatory needs are met without delays.
TECHNOLOGY STACK
React Native, C#

VALUE DELIVERED

We have designed and developed a tablet application to display and interpret critical data from mechanical ventilators. The app incorporates evidence-based practices to track different parameters on the ventilatory needs of patients.

By providing the calculation of several parameters (oxygen, heart rate, PEEP/CPAP, etc.), the software enables constant monitoring of the patient’s conditions and adjusting the settings remotely so that care providers can make timely, informed decisions to optimize patient care.
