Requirements:

5+ years of experience in project/product management;

Strong product background and understanding of the product development lifecycle;

Experience managing software development projects and cross-functional teams;

Proven experience working with distributed/remote teams;

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

Ability to work closely with both business and technical teams;

Ability to take ownership, structure processes, manage priorities, and drive delivery;

The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a product-focused environment and bridging the gap between business needs, product goals, and technical execution.

Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus;

Technical background is a plus;

English level: Advanced.

About project:

The project is a digital health platform focused on women’s health and hormone health. It brings together personalized health information, educational content, access to healthcare professionals, and digital tools in one platform. The product is designed to help women better understand their health, make informed decisions, and receive more personalized support throughout their health journey. The platform uses an evidence-based approach and combines healthcare expertise with technology and personalization to make information and care more accessible and easier to navigate. The product is being developed as a modern digital health solution with a strong focus on personalized care, user experience, and making women’s health more accessible through technology.

Responsibilities:

Own the day-to-day management and delivery of the project, ensuring priorities, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked;

Work closely with the client, product stakeholders, and development team to translate business and product goals into actionable plans;

Manage and coordinate a distributed, cross-functional team across different locations and time zones;

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog together with the client/product stakeholders;

Facilitate key project ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives;

Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and drive them to resolution;

Ensure clear communication and alignment between business, product, design, and engineering teams;

Monitor project progress, team capacity, and delivery metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders;

Help shape product requirements and ensure they are clear and actionable for the development team;

Coordinate releases and ensure that deliverables meet agreed quality and business expectations;

Contribute to continuous improvement of the team’s processes, ways of working, and delivery practices;

Act as a trusted partner to the client, proactively raising concerns and suggesting solutions where needed.
