Qualifications:
Strong experience as a Solutions Architect, System Architect, or Principal Engineer;
Proven experience designing complex distributed systems and driving architectural decisions;
Hands-on experience with AI agent orchestration, agent skills/tooling development, and memory management;
Deep understanding of modern AI-native architectures and ecosystems;
Strong backend engineering experience with Java and PostgreSQL;
Experience managing infrastructure and environment setup independently;
Familiarity with Cloudflare or similar security and edge infrastructure platforms;
Strong knowledge of scalability, reliability, performance optimization, and system design;
Excellent communication skills and strong spoken English;
Experience with Rust, engineering leadership, or building AI-native platforms will be a plus;
English level: Advanced or higher.

The company is transforming its technology ecosystem into an AI-native platform and is looking for an experienced architect to lead the design of intelligent systems, AI agent orchestration, and next-generation infrastructure. This is a highly collaborative, fully remote environment where architecture decisions have a direct impact on the company's future AI strategy.
Team: 2 Engineers, Director of Engineering.
Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and evolution of the company's AI-native ecosystem;
Design and implement agent orchestration frameworks, agent skills, and memory systems;
Define scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures;
Drive technical strategy and key architectural decisions;
Collaborate closely with the Director of Engineering and distributed teams;
Provide technical leadership and mentorship;
Ensure system reliability, performance, and security;
Evaluate and introduce technologies that support the company's AI transformation.
