Requirements:

6+ years of commercial QA experience;

At least 1 year of experience leading or coordinating QA teams;

Strong expertise in software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes;

Experience defining test strategies and improving QA standards;

Experience working in Agile environments;

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

Banking or financial domain experience will be a strong advantage;

Experience mentoring QA engineers and driving continuous improvement;

German level: B2 or higher (mandatory);

English level: B2 or higher.

Our client delivers enterprise software solutions for the German banking and financial sector. As QA Lead, you'll work closely with distributed engineering teams to define testing strategy, improve quality processes, and ensure successful product delivery.

Work model: 100% Remote

Business trips: Occasional workshops in Germany (covered by the client)

Responsibilities:

Lead QA activities across the project lifecycle;

Define and improve QA processes, standards, and testing strategy;

Coordinate testing activities within the QA team;

Perform hands-on testing when required;

Mentor and support QA engineers;

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders;

Ensure high-quality releases and continuous process improvement.
