About vacancy:

inVerita is looking for an AI Tech Lead to join our team and drive AI adoption across client projects and internal processes. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, focusing on designing and implementing scalable AI solutions, improving existing AI implementations, and enabling teams to effectively leverage modern AI tools.

Qualifications:

7+ years in software engineering or data-related roles;

2–3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, AI agents in production;

5+ years in Data/Data Science (Data Eng, ML Eng, Analytics, etc.);

Proven experience driving AI adoption and delivering AI-powered solutions on the project / in the organization;

Strong understanding of modern AI landscape (LLMs, vector DBs, RAG, agent frameworks);

Experience building scalable, production-grade AI systems;

Solid knowledge of SDLC and engineering best practices;

Experience in pre-sales and discovery processes;

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes;

Comfortable communicating with C-level stakeholders;

Business-oriented mindset (focused on outcomes and ROI);

Strong leadership and communication skills;

Experience in cross-functional collaboration;

Proactive, self-driven, with strong ownership;

Passion for AI and emerging technologies;

English level - Advanced.

Will be a plus:

Experience in IT services / consulting environments;

Familiarity with MLOps, AI governance, and responsible AI;

Public contributions (talks, articles, open-source projects);

Experience building internal AI tools or developer productivity solutions.

Responsibilities:

Audit and improve AI implementations across projects: assess quality, effectiveness, and business impact;

Identify gaps and opportunities; deliver data-driven recommendations;

Design and implement scalable AI solutions to increase adoption maturity;

Translate technical outcomes into business value (ROI, productivity, risk reduction);

Define and execute company-wide AI strategy (tooling, standards, best practices);

Integrate AI into engineering ecosystem (CI/CD, internal tools, knowledge bases);

Build frameworks and playbooks for efficient and responsible AI adoption;

Track AI trends and evaluate emerging technologies;

Lead AI-focused pre-sales and discovery sessions;

Develop proposals, demos, and solution architectures;

Collaborate with sales and delivery to scope, estimate, and win engagements;

Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients;

Mentor engineers and grow AI capabilities across teams;

Run workshops, trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions;

Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
