inVerita is looking for an engineering-first AI-Driven Quality Engineer to build and scale autonomous quality systems across our development lifecycle. This role goes far beyond traditional QA — you will design intelligent automation, AI-powered testing workflows, failure-triage systems, and CI/CD quality intelligence that improve reliability, developer productivity, and release confidence.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in software engineering, SDET, test infrastructure, developer productivity, or automation-focused engineering roles;
2+ years of hands-on experience working with AI-native development workflows,
AI-assisted engineering tools, or AI-driven automation systems;
Expertise in Python or a similar language for deep automation and scripting;
Proven ability to define and drive a QA strategy from scratch, turning high-level requirements (functional & non-functional) into clear, executable, and automated test plans;
Experience building AI-driven or agentic workflows for testing, failure analysis, root-cause investigation, and automated remediation;
Strong hands-on experience with AI-native development environments such as Cursor or similar AI-assisted IDEs;
Advanced prompt engineering skills for test generation, bug reproduction, QA agent instructions, and reusable engineering context workflows;
Strong software engineering background with the ability to build custom automation solutions using Playwright, PostHog, AWS, and related tooling;
Experience designing autonomous quality systems rather than traditional manual QA processes;
Practical understanding of AI-assisted log triage, issue reproduction, automated test creation, and PR-ready fix generation with proper review guardrails;
Experience owning CI/CD quality loops, flaky test detection, failure clustering, and risk-based testing strategies;
Ability to work in fast-moving, high-iteration engineering environments with heavy AI adoption;
Strong understanding of production debugging and root-cause analysis workflows;
Familiarity with healthcare, HIPAA-aware engineering practices, or other regulated environments is a strong plus;
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Project description:
The project is an AI-native healthcare platform focused on sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment. The platform combines the expertise of board-certified sleep physicians, experienced sleep diagnosticians, treatment planners, orthodontists, and general practitioners into one turnkey solution.
The product also includes innovative sleep appliances and extensive billing services, helping healthcare providers deliver a seamless patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Build a PR risk bot that evaluates pull requests and flags high-risk changes requiring deeper review or testing;
Develop a failure-triage agent that clusters CI/production failures, identifies root causes, and produces actionable summaries;
Create a flaky-test intelligence pipeline to detect unstable tests, analyze patterns, and suggest fixes;
Implement critical-flow monitors for key user journeys to detect regressions early in staging and production;
Integrate AI-driven log analysis and test generation into CI/CD with proper human review guardrails.
We offer:
Career and professional development opportunities;
Flexible working hours;
Remote work opportunities;
20 paid vacations per business year and National Ukrainian holidays;
5 paid sick leaves;
Referral program with bonus system;
Mentorship program;
Courses and Certifications;
Business English courses of all levels;
Team parties, company events, and branded presents;
Comfortable office, equipped with everything you need and round-the-clock access.
