About the role
This is a business development–driven role with full ownership of growing the company’s presence in the region. You will focus on building long-term relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, engaging in direct sales activities, and positioning the company as a trusted technology partner for U.S. and Spanish-speaking clients. You will be the face of inVerita in Medellín and play a key role in scaling our presence in LATAM.
Qualifications:
Based in Medellín, Colombia (or somewhere not far from the city);
Experience in IT services / software development outsourcing;
Ready to work regularly from the office and attend in-person meetings and events;
Strong proven track record in B2B sales;
Experience selling services to U.S. clients;
Experience working with Spanish-speaking LATAM clients;
Strong negotiation and closing skills;
High level of autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset;
Advanced English (both speaking and writing);
Existing client network in the U.S. or LATAM;
Experience selling technical or digital services;
Experience building regional sales pipelines from scratch.
Will be a plus
Business education or certifications.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales (Primary Focus);
Identify, approach, and convert clients in the U.S. and LATAM markets;
Lead the full sales cycle;
Represent inVerita at networking events, conferences, and industry meetups;
Company Representation & Local Growth;
Act as inVerita’s representative in Medellín;
Strengthen the company’s presence in the local tech and business ecosystem;
Support the long-term growth of the Medellín office;
Build relationships with local partners and communities;
