Role description
What Recruiter’s qualities are important to us: passion about recruiting, initiative; ability to take responsibility for middle-senior vacancies; problem-solving; closing of vacancies according to the deadlines; adaptable to fast-changing demands; pedantry; outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the hiring process; result-oriented and organised.
Qualifications:
5+ years of IT recruitment experience;
At least 4 years of commercial experience in IT outsource / outstaff company;
Experience in closing Senior / Lead positions;
Ability to assess the initial fit of a candidate to a position;
Experience in remote hiring from other cities and countries;
Knowledge of IT market, recruitment practices, and guidelines;
Good understanding of the Recruitment Life Cycle process;
Good Negotiation skills;
Exposure to working with analytics and deep understanding of Recruitment metrics;
High competence in communication and Hiring strategies;
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Interview stages:
Pre-screen call;
Interview with Head of Recruitment department.
Responsibilities:
Working with full cycle of recruitment;
Close cooperation with hiring managers: kick off calls, JD check, interviews, offer calls, etc;
Assessing candidate’s relevant knowledge/hard skills/soft skills/experience/aptitudes, according to positions;
Organization and conducting of pre-screen calls, as well as organization of interviews;
Management of all candidates and vacancies through the recruiting ATS on a regular basis;
Providing timely and honest feedback to candidates, both positive and negative;
High-quality closing of vacancies, including negotiations at the job offer stage;
Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration.
