We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who will take ownership of the technical direction of projects, ensure alignment between architecture and business goals, and drive sustainable, scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications:

9+ years of experience in software development;

3+ years of experience working as a Solution Architect;

Experience designing scalable backend architectures (modular monoliths and microservices);

Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and modern architecture patterns;

Experience optimizing system performance and conducting system diagnostics;

Experience designing asynchronous and distributed systems;

Hands-on experience implementing distributed system patterns such as State Machines and Saga;

Experience working with JavaScript frameworks and frontend development to support full-stack architecture decisions;

Strong experience designing and implementing cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure;

Experience with core Azure services such as App Service, Azure Functions, and AKS;

Experience designing distributed caching strategies and performance optimization solutions;

Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions;

Experience contributing to architecture decisions related to platform engineering and system reliability;

Experience participating in technical presales activities;

Ability to prepare solution architectures and technical proposals;

Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions;

Experience conducting technical research and proof-of-concept implementations;

Ability to evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and cloud services;

English level: Advanced.

Will be a plus:

Experience with Kafka or streaming architectures;

Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep);

Familiarity with GitOps approaches.

Responsibilities:

Define and maintain end-to-end solution architecture across the project lifecycle;

Ensure alignment between technical solutions and overall business objectives;

Own key architectural decisions and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle;

Establish and maintain technical standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices;

Validate and ensure compliance with non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, reliability);

Lead technical discovery phases and support project kickoff activities;

Define high-level solution designs and system architecture;

Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and technical constraints early in the project;

Define implementation roadmaps and key technical milestones;

Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure solution quality and consistency;

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in key architectural decisions;

Monitor and manage technical debt to ensure long-term system sustainability;

Ensure architectural consistency across multiple teams or workstreams where applicable;

Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions;

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams;

Evaluate the impact of technical decisions on project delivery, timelines, and budget;

Participate in presales activities and support solution shaping before project initiation;

Prepare high-level solution architectures and technical proposals for potential projects;

Provide effort estimations and support cost estimation activities;

Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and technical proposal preparation;

Lead or support customer workshops and technical discussions with clients;

Provide technical expertise and architectural support to the sales team.
