About vacancy:

This startup is providing constant monitoring 24/7 with a second set of eyes on the pool. It includes detection and alerts for toddlers, people and pets in and around pool areas.
Qualifications:
5+ years of firmware development experience in IoT or edge computing;
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related field);
Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Embedded Linux (kernel, Docker, orchestration);
Experience with AI/ML model integration, CUDA basics, and cloud video streaming (AWS KVS);
Knowledge of wireless protocols, GStreamer, and NVIDIA Jetson platforms;
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills (English — Upper Intermediate+).
Technical Skills:
Embedded firmware development (NVIDIA Jetson, real-time operating systems);
GStreamer and NVIDIA Argus camera libraries;
Power management & network programming;
AI/ML model integration in firmware;
Video streaming & debugging tools;
Cross-platform firmware development & manufacturer collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize firmware for NVIDIA-based edge camera systems;
Integrate and validate AI detection models for real-time video analytics and pool safety;
Ensure performance, fault tolerance, power management, and Wi-Fi stability;
Collaborate with AI, hardware, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and testing;
Implement secure data transmission, versioning, and release management;
Conduct testing, validation, and optimization for reliable edge AI performance.obstructions);
