The startup from USA, platform aims to modernize digital healthcare by providing an integrated platform where patients, doctors, and administrators can interact effortlessly through secure, data-driven workflows. The platform’s goal is to improve access to medical care, enhance efficiency in healthcare operations, and foster stronger doctor-patient relationships. Qualifications:

Commercial experience as a Business Analyst 5+ years;

Extensive experience as a Business Analyst on complex digital products (SaaS, platforms, or marketplaces);

English level: С1;

Demonstrated ability to shape product direction, not just document requirements;

Strong experience delivering greenfield / from-scratch products;

Proven capability to act as a proxy for senior stakeholders, owning day-to-day product decisions and backlog priorities;

Expert-level skill in translating business vision into high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs;

Comfortable working closely with domain experts, asking challenging questions and turning expertise into scalable product solutions;

Deep hands-on experience in Agile delivery, including backlog ownership, refinement leadership, and sprint readiness;

Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills;

High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum across teams;

Will be a plus:

Previous experience formally or informally performing Product Owner / Product Manager responsibilities (formal or informal);

Background in regulated environments;

Background working with multi-portal platforms or marketplaces

Responsibilities:

Lead requirements discovery and product definition with key stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and continuous collaboration in a greenfield, early-stage environment;

Analyze business objectives, user needs, and domain constraints, and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements;

Own and continuously refine product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and inputs to wireframes and UX design;

Act as the day-to-day proxy for stakeholders, driving backlog clarity, prioritization support, and scope alignment for the delivery team;

Serve as the primary bridge between business and engineering, ensuring shared understanding of intent, constraints, and trade-offs;

Validate requirements continuously as assumptions are tested and the product evolves, adjusting scope and detail as needed;

Proactively identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and ambiguities, and propose pragmatic solutions or alternatives;

Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, QA, and product leadership to ensure solutions are implemented as intended;
