Qualifications:

6–7+ of professional experience in software engineering;

Experience building enterprise-level automation tools;

Proficiency with TypeScript or Python, LangChain, and workflow tools like n8n or Rivet;

Hands-on work with multiple AI models, vector databases, and RAG techniques;

Skilled in tool calling and advanced model capabilities;

Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders;

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) - is a plus;

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, TravisCI, CodeBuild) - is a big plus;

Knowledge of observability, testing, and performance benchmarking - is a big plus;

Experience fine-tuning or deploying AI models and designing feedback loops - is a big plus;

English level: Upper intermediate or higher.

Project description:

Large enterprise organizations enabling their internal departments to effectively adopt AI. Engineers are embedded within different departments to identify automation opportunities, build reusable AI components, and support internal teams in developing solutions using n8n;

Programming language: Python;

Library: OpenAI API, LangChain, spaCy (NLP stack);

Framework: FastAPI, Flask.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with client departments to identify AI use cases;

Build AI workflows and automation using n8n;

Integrate models, APIs, and data pipelines;
