# 20 million for Armed Forces of Ukraine 

Since the start of the war, inVerita has taken a strong and clear position: we firmly believe that in these critical days for our country, the entire nation, including businesses, must unite around what matters most.

As a company, we are deeply committed to living up to the values we declare - not just in words, but through actions - and inspiring others by our example.

For the third year now, our company has been actively collaborating with various units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We participate in procuring essential supplies for the frontline, assist in delivering vehicles to the frontlines, and have established the production and supply of drones.

# New Great Projects 

Eight new global customers joined inVerita despite the war and global uncertainty. Most of them are coming from the Healthcare, Medical, and Pharmacy spaces, yet we have also managed to build new partnerships and successfully onboard new customers in Product Design and IoT.  

# Top 1000 on Clutch 

inVerita has been included in the prestigious Clutch 1000 list of global B2B software service providers.

We earned the spot out of 350,000 companies from all over the world presented on Clutch.

The companies were chosen on 4 main criteria:

1. The number, quality, and freshness of verified Clutch reviews.
2. A big client base and an extensive portfolio.

# Permanent International Presence 

People say “When in Rome, do as the Romans do”.  We believe that being closer to our customers will help us to penetrate the culture and inspiration of the people we work with day by day and the people whom we will cooperate with in the near future. 

We are always open to meetings in our office in Krakow, Poland, California, and New York.

# We Are Making Drones 

Drones have become one of the primary tools for holding back the russian advance and performing various tasks: surveillance, timely response to threats, and successful targeting of enemy equipment.

In collaboration with Angry Drones, inVerita develops, manufactures, and supplies drones to the frontlines so that our defenders can carry out critical missions with enhanced precision and efficiency.

# Global Tech Conferences 

Every year, we make it a point to be a part of the most popular conferences which have always been hubs of innovation, collaboration, and groundbreaking ideas.

This year was no exception in attending events on the main industries we work with.

HLTH, VERGE, TECHSPO, Health Tech Forward, NVIDIA’s GTC, ViVE, CES 2024, Startup World Cup, and many other smaller conferences in the US, UK, Sweden, and Poland.

We are extremely proud to be a part of a community that is challenging the convention through constant learning, networking with industry-leading companies, and using the most sturdy and new technological solutions.

# USA Road Trips 

We believe that successful business is built on close human interaction.

This year, as part of our business trips, inVerita COO, Orest Hudziy visited Boston, Washington, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Houston 🇺🇸

We had a lot of meetings with our existing customers and prospects to build strong, personal connections.

# QU’ARTE Keeps Growing 

QU’ARTE is our digital product design agency that offers UI/UX design services, branding, discovery, UX assessment, and motion design.

This year was filled with exciting projects for QU’ARTE, with a significant focus on the healthcare sector. The team worked on UI/UX for surgical scheduling platform, AI-powered telemedicine application, ventilator data app, and a lot of other projects across various domains.

Designing software for the healthcare sector comes with very big responsibility, as we understand the direct impact these solutions have on people's lives and well-being. It's an honor to contribute to such meaningful work.

# Top .NET Vendor 

We were ranked among the best vendors with .NET expertise by the Clutch independent platform.

.NET is one of the main technologies we’ve been working on for years, and this recognition once again proves our commitment to delivering high-quality results for our clients.

For us, it also serves as a reminder that the IT industry is one of the strongest sectors in Ukraine and we’re happy to be among those who build this mature technological image.

In 2024, mentorship and knowledge-sharing remained a key part of inVerita culture. Our employees have a chance to mentor, participate in expert-led sessions, and share knowledge internally, and what’s most important - inVerita team members actively participate in learning and development initiatives.

• 21 Mentorship Program Participants - Almost every fifth employee took part in the program
• 9 Training with External Experts - Approximately one-third of the team had the opportunity to learn from leading industry specialists
• 38 Knowledge Sharing Sessions - Practically every one of us shared knowledge at least once
• Average engagement in training: 70% 
• Satisfaction with training: 97% 

# inVerita Podcast 

In 2024, we launched our Let’s Talk Podcast Series, where inVerita leaders share their insights and experiences on the IT industry, the company’s journey, and personal growth. 

In the first episode, our CEO, Zoryan Hudziy, and Head of Recruitment, Marta Shevchenko, discussed “How to Build a Company People Love,” offering practical advice and heartfelt reflections.

We hope these conversations inspire and resonate with you as much as they do with us.

# inVerita 9th Birthday 

This year marked 9 years since we started as a small, ambitious team, and what a journey it’s been!

We’ve grown from a little office in Lviv into an international presence with offices in Ukraine, Poland, and permanent representation in the US.

We’ve evolved and changed but one thing has always stayed the same: it’s all about People. It’s more than a motto, it’s who we are.

It was so great to gather our team for a cozy celebration and presents exchange in our Lviv office.

# Adopt a House Initiative

We joined the initiative by Lviv City Council Adopt a House to restore a historic building on Brativ Mikhnovskykh Street that was damaged in recent russian attacks on Lviv.

Our company is also supporting the creation of a playroom at St. Nicholas Hospital to bring joy and comfort to the kids receiving treatment.

# Day4Defenders

As part of the Day4Defenders initiative, inVerita donated its entire October 1st revenue to the military in a show of solidarity with our defenders.

# IT Arena

As part of our 2024 initiatives, inVerita participated in IT Arena, a tech conference that brings together over 5,000 entrepreneurs, innovators, and thinkers.

Our team was honored with awards for their involvement in the Lviv IT Cluster mentorship program and had a chance to engage in knowledge sharing throughout the event.

# Top DOU Employer

inVerita was recognized by DOU, a popular portal for IT professionals, as the best IT employer among companies with up to 200 employees.

In 2023, we scored a stunning 100% in all six categories which include compensation, project, career, working conditions, company, and loyalty.

It’s the second time we’ve won this award and we’re positive about receiving the results of 2024 competition in February.

# KAIZEN Day Sponsorship 

This year, we also became sponsors of the KAIZEN hub event. The event brought together project managers, team leads, and HRs to learn from failures and turn them into valuable lessons. All proceeds from the event were donated to support the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

# Supporting Children 

One of the organizations supported by inVerita is 3D - Let’s Help Children, which provides assistance to kids in orphanages and families facing challenging life circumstances.

On Children’sDay, we once again joined in to organize a celebration and gifts for 40 children from the Pokrov residential facility.

# One More Thanksgiving Together

A lot of us reconsidered the value of Thanksgiving Dayduring last few years. Above all, gratitude means supporting and honoring those who protect us.

Traditionally, in our Lviv office, we gathered at one table and shared good words and a tasty dinner with each other. 

Our team members prepared 270 care packages for the 62nd Battalion of the 103rd Brigade, and wrote thank-you cards for our defenders. 

To supporters of the inVerita fund, we’re gifting artworks by Valerii Puzik, a Ukrainian artist and filmmaker.

As 2024 ends, we move ahead with the lessons and achievements that shaped our year.

Every success we gained fueled our ambition and the moments we shared as a team reminded us why we do what we do.
