Proven skills in Databricks (preferred);

Solid understanding of AI reliability and testing frameworks;

Familiarity with medical domain data and terminology (ICD-10, MeSH);

Experience with modern data engineering tools and frameworks;

English level: Upper intermediate or higher.

Project description:

The platform is a clinical decision support solution that combines medical expertise with AI-driven insights. It enables healthcare professionals to discuss complex cases, access verified medical knowledge, and make informed treatment decisions in real time.

Core AI Components: AI Platform, AI Search, AI Trust. Small cross-functional team: Product Owner, Data/ML Engineer, and AI Research Engineer (team is expected to grow).

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain infrastructure for AI and LLM Ops;

Develop agentic AI systems and refactor existing AI search functionalities;

Implement AI trust and reliability testing, including continuous performance evaluation and drift detection;

Support AI product development and ensure product scalability and transparency;

Maintain and manage medical ontology reference lists, linking specialties and classification systems (ICD-10, MeSH);

Contribute to data governance and AI product refinement initiatives;

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize data usage for analytics and dashboards.
