Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Data Science or related analytical roles;

Strong background in data modeling, graph databases, and cloud-based analytics;

Proficiency in Python (data manipulation, ML libraries, data pipelines);

Experience with Databricks and AWS environments;

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative, cross-functional team;

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills;

Medical / healthcare domain experience is a plus;

Experience with NEO4J is strongly preferred;

English level: Upper intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines;

Develop and optimize data-driven solutions using Neo4j and Databricks;

Collaborate with software engineers, clinicians, and product teams to translate complex data into actionable insights;

Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends and support decision-making;

Implement machine learning and AI algorithms to enhance predictive capabilities;

Ensure data quality, reliability, and compliance with security standards;

Document data processes, models, and analytical outcomes.
