Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
Proven experience hiring specialists from Junior to Senior levels;
Ability to handle 3–5 vacancies in parallel;
Experience hiring for roles in .NET, JavaScript, Mobile, Python, and Data;
Full-cycle recruiting experience: from sourcing to closing vacancies;
Working experience with local Job boards, recruitment sources, Linkedin;
Strong sense of ownership, flexibility, transparency in communication, and high speed of execution;
English level: Advanced
Responsibilities:
Working with Full Cycle Recruitment;
Analyze vacancies and understand client expectations;
Search and engage candidates using tools like LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, and internal database;
Conduct recruitment interviews and organize all other interviews (technical, with hiring manager and with the client);
Communicate job offers and support candidates through the final stages;
Maintain records and track candidate progress in TalentLyft;
Collaborate with hiring managers, technical interviewers, and other teams;
Occasionally, support other recruiters with sourcing tasks;
Coordinate onboarding steps for new hires;
Set and track personal goals aligned with team KPIs;
Participate in professional events and recruiting communities;
Join or lead internal Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Role Overview:
inVerita is expanding with a new office in Colombia and is looking for a Middle IT Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across the local market. The role involves managing technical vacancies end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on building strong engineering teams. The recruiter will be part of an international talent team of three recruiters and a team lead based in Ukraine, while fully dedicated to hiring for Colombian roles and supporting the growth of the local office.
