InVerita is looking for a Delivery Manager to join a long-term product development initiative in the process automation domain. This is a pivotal role on the project responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of engineering and business deliverables across a globally distributed team.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project or delivery management within software product development;
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and modern product lifecycle workflows;
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, product);
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and non-technical;
Good overall understanding of typical project technologies and development tools;
Ability to plan, track, and adapt delivery timelines based on evolving priorities;
Solid experience of using different planning\tracking (Atlassian stack) tools;
Advanced level of English.
Will be a plus:
PM certifications;
Previous background as a developer or QA;
Experience in a Product environment;
Experience in executing fixed-price projects.
Project description:
This project is a long-term SaaS platform serving healthcare and manufacturing industries, with over 5 years on the market. It offers two core products:
A powerful workflow automation tool that enables users to digitize and control complex real-world processes - such as lab testing, approvals, and compliance tracking—via a configurable interface for both admins and end users.
An enterprise-grade document management system focused on document lifecycle control, including editing, versioning, approval flows, audits, and compliance.
The platform is used by paying enterprise customers and is currently undergoing deep architectural improvements. The team is aligned on stabilizing the codebase, modernizing the stack, and establishing robust engineering and delivery practices. This is a hands-on, high-trust environment with a long-term roadmap and strong support from leadership.
Team size: CTO and CEO (US-based) - direct communication on product vision and long-term goals; Solution Architect (UA-based, acts as architect for both active products); Core Development Team (~7 engineers based in India) - your direct reports; QA Team (~8 specialists + QA Lead); DevOps Team (2 engineers); Business Analysts (3 team members); Product Owner; Scrum Master.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end delivery of product features, ensuring alignment with product roadmap, business goals, and timelines;
Сollaborate with Product Manager, Tech Lead, and design/engineering teams to define scope, prioritize features, and plan releases;
Drive cross-functional coordination, ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders;
Collaborate with Scrum regarding sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies;
Monitor team capacity, velocity, and delivery performance, and adjust plans as needed;
Communicate progress and delivery updates clearly and regularly to stakeholders and leadership;
Ensure product documentation, release notes, and support handovers are timely and complete;
Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
