Digest: August 2018 — The Power of Vision
Digest: August 2018 — The Power of Vision
It’s impossible to overestimate the power of Vision. We live in Ukraine and we are called to be the face of Ukraine to the rest of the world.

On the 24th of August, we celebrated Ukrainian Independence Day. Ukraine is 1,336 years old and is one of the oldest countries in Europe. We live in the country with incredibly deep roots, and therefore with incredible preconditions for growth.

However, the power of history and the strength of our struggle will always have significance only in a personal context. What does it mean to me? Perhaps we understand it differently. Yet, I want to start the August Diges by describing what it means to me and to the inVeritaSoft identity.

For me to be Ukrainian citizen is to follow the rule of decency, professionalism, and patriotism. When I analyze the development of our company, I base it upon that rule too.

1. Decency

It’s an issue of personal dimension whether you are a decent person or not. It’s not a question of society, time-tracking or HR-controlling. It’s a matter of personal choice. If we want our children to live in a better country than we live in right now, who is supposed to create it?

"Love Ukraine by quiet, tireless work, not by a bunch of noisy phrases". These are true words spoken by Andrey Sheptytsky.

2. Professionalism

A desire to be the best in the business you chose is the desire to grow daily. At that moment the sky is the limit for inVeritaSoft. We are ready to learn, grow, make mistakes, and get up in the morning in order to move on.

Growth is always a risk. But there’s no other way to develop professionally unless you go through the places you’ve never been before.

2. Patriotism

You care a lot about the things that belong to you, yet you may be careless about people's belongings.

If it’s our country, we will love it and develop it. If it’s our temporary home we’ll treat it in a completely different way. The insight can be found in one of the Pianoboy’s songs "Do you need a country if you are going to escape?"

Without condemnation of those who for various reasons were forced to leave our country, I believe that young Ukrainians have an incredible chance to accomplish what they want and have a decent life. Let's work for that. By the way, at inVeritaSoft, we have all the favorable conditions. On one hand, August at inVeritaSoft was calm and chilling which is good. On the other hand, we were preparing for the new business year.

Let’s look through the changes.

Sales Department. We’ve changed the structure of the whole department, started setting targets and introduced gamification.

Digital Marketing. We’ve compiled a team of skilled professionals, started a blog and developed the positioning of the Company.

Summing Up

It’s impossible to overestimate the power of Vision. We live in Ukraine and we are called to be the face of Ukraine to the rest of the world.

Not long ago, I’ve sent you a photo of the Golden Gate Bridge. We have a purpose and a dream for Ukraine to become known in the western part of America via inVeritaSoft. Let’s work on it.
