Due to our rapid growth, inVerita invites a Project Manager to become a member of our team.
About the project:
Current team: 2 PM
Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills
Managing a team of 10+ fte
Experience in managing a distributed team
Strong understanding of PDLC/SDLC
2-3 years of full-time practice as a Delivery/Project Manager
1-2 years of full-time practice as a Delivery Manager in 500+ organization
Experience in team building from the scratch
Experience with working and coaching distributed teams
Strong understanding of PMBOK practices
Knowledge of bpmn
Experience in process set-up, controlling and execution
Experience in negotiating and collaboration with USA and EU customers
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage to outsource projects
Experience in working within agile methodologies such as Kanban\SCRUM, operating in scrums and working with code repositories and developer tools
Understanding of software development life cycle models as well as both Agile and traditional project management principles and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
Ability to manage and mentor other project managers and project teams
Knowledge of Jira and other project management tools
Balanced business/technical background
Understanding of Scope and change requests management procedures
Advanced level in written and spoken English
Knowledge of Project documentation.

1-st stage - call with our Recruiter
2-d stage - interview with PM
3-d stage - interview with CEO.
Duties and responsibilities:
To build and improve the process within the PM office
To build and develop PM processes at inVerita
Manage the project team at all stages of the project (analytics, performance evaluation, planning, development, testing)
Prepare and maintain project related documentation (business requirements, WBS, specifications)
Prepare reports and control over the whole delivery process
Participation in pre-sales.
