Senior UI/UX Designer
IP Lifecycle Management (IPLM) is a comprehensive IP lifecycle management platform. It offers complete control over the design and integration of both internal and external design elements, providing full traceability. IPLM accelerates the release process, streamlines workspace management, and provides a single source of truth for BoM creation and management. The solution provides all the capabilities needed to track an IP from its initial requirements to final implementation, through the 4 lifecycle stages as shown to the left.
From 4 years experience working in a digital product/user experience design position;
Expert level skills in product and/or UX design, with a solid foundation in visual design—you have great taste, know what looks good, and understand why that’s important for building world-class products and experiences;
Commitment to problem-solving, and making complex things elegant and easy for people to use;
Expert ability to prototype and present ideas ranging from rough whiteboard sketches to high-fidelity prototypes & motion;
Impeccable attention to detail, across pixels, copywriting, and overall design direction & strategy Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills—willing to provide and receive constructive feedback as a part of the creative process;
Able to rationalize design ideas, and articulate why good design is good for business;
Bias towards action, learning from customers, measuring success, and iterating to improve;
Willingness and ability to pitch in on a wide range of design issues—product, user experience, interaction, visual, copywriting, illustration, storytelling;
Strong product design & UX instincts—understand what works and doesn’t work for people and why, and push beyond the obvious to create compelling human experiences;
Degree in design, HCI, and/or equivalent industry experience.

Duties and responsibilities:
Drive design ideas from early business needs, through rough concepts, to final, pixel-perfect implementation;
Build wireframes, low and high fidelity mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas at the appropriate level of detail;
Design and execute on user research plans that inform our product direction;
Contribute to end-to-end product design across a range of products—through successes, failures, learning, and improvements;
Influence and grow the company design culture by developing new ways to engage with both customers and internal teams;
Work cross-functionally and build successful team relationships with talented team members across design, engineering, product management, sales, marketing, etc Improve and strengthen our products by connecting with users through engaging and delightful product design;
Help establish and maintain our product design system and component library.
