About vacancy:

We are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join InVerita and work on various outstaff and outsource projects across domains such as healthcare, logistics, retail, ecommerce, and more. As part of our team, you will contribute to enhancing our expertise in the project management domain.
Qualifications:
4+ years of proven experience in IT project management;
Experience in working within both Scrum and Kanban methodologies;
Successful driving at least two projects hands-on from initiation to final delivery without supervision;
Good overall understanding of typical project technologies and development tools;
Strong understanding of SDLC, especially CI/CD and release process;
Solid experience of using different planning\tracking (Atlassian stack) tools;
Proven experience in managing distributed teams ( frontend, backend, QA, BA) and establishing reliable collaboration;
Experience in executing fixed-price projects will be a plus;
PM certifications will be a plus;
Previous background as a developer or QA will be a plus;
English level: Advanced.
Role Overview:
Role Overview: 50% of the time: Working on one primary outsource project. 50% of the time: Working on various outstaff projects.
In this role, you will cooperate and define strategy with: 2 Customer Success Managers (CSMs) Chief Operating Officer (COO) Architect Director of Engineering (DoE)

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project;
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones;
Identify, analyze, prioritize and mitigate project risks, and communicate any potential impacts to the CSM and client;
Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables;
Establishing smooth processes and executing process improvements;
Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders;
Keep track of general teamwork progress, atmosphere, and priorities;
Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and present a team as one unit;
Think of ways to provide additional value to our outstaff customers (e.g., reports, presentations, analysis documents).
Maintain open and transparent communication with CSM, keep updated on project progress, issues and changes.
