About the position

As inVerita is now actively growing, we need even more Talented people in our Recruitment Team. That's why we are looking for IT Sourcer, a person who is attentive to detail, diligent, and purposeful.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of the IT sphere;

Experience with sourcing tools;

Effective time-management skills;

Strong verbal and written communication skills;

Attention to details;

Intermediate English level.

Duties and responsibilities:

Search for qualified candidates according to opened vacancies;

Work with recruitment tools like LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks;

Chatt with candidates on professional networks and social media platforms;

Identify relevant candidates to active vacancies;

Develop talent pipelines, according to the technical expertise of inVerita.
