We are looking fo a Senior React Native Developer to join global, highly collaborative, and agile team. The mission of product is to enhance a best-in-class HealthTech platform that revolutionizes access to behavioral healthcare.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience working as a developer;

6+ years of proven experience in React Native environment

An understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them;

In-depth knowledge of the React and React Native frameworks;

Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems;

Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both in regards to estimates and to the general process;

Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications;

Ability to own Apps store (IOS, Android) publication process;

Familiar with GraphQl (Apollo client);

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git/GitHub;

Experience working with Swift, Objective C, and Java will be a plus;

English level: Upper Intermediate or higher.

Project description:

The Project aims to address the challenge of finding mental health support when it's needed the most. With half of the population experiencing a mental health condition in their lifetime, the shortage of mental health providers can make it difficult for individuals to receive timely assistance. Traditional outpatient therapy may only provide one hour of support per week, leaving the remaining 167 hours vulnerable to triggering behaviors and emotional responses. To address this issue, a technology-driven approach has been developed. By utilizing Data Analysis, Predictive Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence, we can predict when a client will need support and deliver interventions in real-time. Our human workforce of counselors and clinicians guide and develop these technological interventions to provide clients with the exact support they need, precisely when they need it.

Responsibilities:

Development of the Mobile React Native App (MVP current state);

Work with stakeholders across the business to drive the direction of mobile development and put long-term interests of customers at the heart of key decisions;

Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code;

“Pixel-perfect” implementation of our approved user interface;

Propose and develop user-interfaces without wireframes, if necessary;

Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code;

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application;

Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, rectifying bugs, and enhancing application performance;

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation;

Write technical documentation, process flows and object models;

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design new features;

Staying up to date with new mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols.
