Qualifications:

5+ years of working experience as an Automation QA Engineer;

Strong knowledge of JavaScript;

Good understanding of tools like Postman, New Relic, or equivalent;

Proficiency with Cypress for test automation;

Solid experience with Node.JS-based web applications;

Strong understanding of both relational (MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) databases;

Basic knowledge of software architecture principles;

Hands-on experience with AWS logging and debugging tools;

Familiarity with designing and implementing RESTful APIs (Express, NextJS);

Strong understanding of networking concepts related to web services, such as CORS;

Good knowledge of security practices, including OWASP standards;

Ability to translate product requirements into practical technical solutions;

English level: Upper-intermediate or higher;

Advanced knowledge of software architecture will be a plus;

Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with automation teams will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the entire product development lifecycle from a quality assurance perspective;

Design and develop automated tests for APIs and frontend features;

Collaborate with the automation team to ensure comprehensive test coverage;

Support manual QA tasks when needed during feature development;

Advocate for a strong testing culture within the organization;

Communicate status and technical updates in team meetings;

Take ownership of your work, ensuring efficient problem-solving and timely delivery.
