As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of a healthcare solution aimed at eliminating the obstacles that separate patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies. This solution will establish a cohesive and transparent platform where information circulates seamlessly, inquiries find prompt responses, and the progress of treatments is monitored at each stage.
4+ years proven experience in IT project management;
Experience in working within agile methodologies such as Kanban\SCRUM;
Successful driving at least two projects hands-on from initiation to final delivery without supervision;
Strong understanding of SDLC, especially CI/CD and release process;
Solid experience of using different planning\tracking (Atlassian stack) tools;
Proven experience to manage distributed teams( frontend, backend, QA, BA) established reliable collaboration;
Experience in managing 15+ engineers;
Experience in executing fixed-price projects;
Working experience in Healthcare domain will be a plus;
English level: Upper Intermediate or higher.
Project description:
A web portal that allows pharmacists to keep a history of the patient, including his demographics, history of allergies and diseases, and the history of prescriptions to the patient.
The patient's mobile application is actually the main interface for the patient, where the woman can see the medication schedule, as well as receive reminders that the medication needs to be taken.
The main goal of Logistics Mobile App is to have the possibility to track all order shipment processes starting from the dispensing pharmacy sending a package to the patient and finishing when this package is received by a patient.
Project team: CSM, 2 BA, 1 Architect, BE Lead, FE Lead, 2 Backend Engineers, 2 Frontend Engineers, 2 QA Engineers, Mobile Engineer, UI/UX designer
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project;
Negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of the project;
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones;
Define, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables;
Identify, analyze, prioritize and mitigate project risks, and communicate any potential impacts to the CSM and client;
Maintain open and transparent communication with CSM, keep updated on project progress, issues and changes;
Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables;
Establishing smooth processes and executing process improvements;
Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
